Jason Dugan
President / CEO
With nearly 30 years of overall experience in various financial, operational, and management roles, Jason brings 15 years of food-related executive leadership to the WPS team. Jason has been with WPS for over six years and has a deep knowledge of the operations, financials, and sales-related initiatives in the business. Jason assumed the role of CEO in 2022.
Dan O’Connell
VP of Finance
Dan has been an integral part of WPS Fresh, overseeing the company’s financial strategies and ensuring sustainable growth. With extensive experience in finance and a strong focus on operational efficiency, Dan plays a crucial role in guiding the company through its financial planning and long-term objectives.
Jeremy Taylor
VP of Sales
Jeremy Taylor joined in 2023 after 10 years with DNO Produce where he served at Vice President Sales, Business Development Manager & Fresh Cut Brand manager. Jeremy serves as our largest customer advocate, building solutions-based programs for our new and existing customers.
Jason Hendrickson
VP Procurement & Programs
A 21-year veteran of WPS, Jason served as a buyer for five years, appointed Director in 2008 and subsequently, VP of Purchasing and Business Development in 2015. Primary responsibilities include leading procurement and our grower/shipper relationships. Jason’s background also includes experience with CH Robinson.
Cheryl Carl
VP of People & Administration
With 15+ years of human resources experience, Cheryl joined WPS with a focus on strategic employee engagement, change management, and talent development. Cheryl’s experience includes health care and wholesale floral distribution with a strong focus on promoting an employee first culture that aligns with overall company goals. She has been with WPS since June of 2022.
